Resilience of Urban Infrastructures in a Pandemic Scenario

Abstract Most of the work on resilience urban infrastructures focuses their technical performance and reliability in disaster situations. In general, when we link infrastructure Civil Engineering, think technology, engineering, constructions or control buildings. a state pandemic like current one, study relationship between is phenomenon scarcely studied literature. The main objectives article are to analyse, from Engineering actors’ perspective, role behaviour for maintenance wellbeing community situation, fill gap existing bibliography. authors argue that human factor most important element be resilient Covid-19 situation. To achieve objectives, review literature was carried out considering works published last 10 years. Then, reflection made about influence during situation relevant sustainability factors. As practical implications this article, drawn conclusions expected represent value societies future.
